The staff and the room was amazing

Location is perfect. Luiz and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is good. Good feeling to be there. Bars and restaurants nearby.

Small investment as paintig could improve further the app condition.

The location was great, friendly staff. Very clean.

The picture was deceptive, the room was way smaller. Construction in the early morning. The bed was very uncomfortable. Limited amount of towels and wash clothes. When asked for more wash clothes and towels, I received what looked like two pool towels, no wash clothes.

Everything was just minutes away. Not a lot of walking and everyone were super nice

We loved our unit. Honestly, we were hoping for the best but didn’t know what to expect because of many negative reviews we read. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into our unit and found it renovated, clean, and spacious enough for our group of 3. We loved how close it was to the beach and other nice dining and shopping options. The staff was friendly. We met the owner of our unit, Luiz, and he was great!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. One sink must have been a little clogged and would fill when we ran water. Other than that we really had no issues with this place.

Comfortable & well located in south beach

Bathtub in the photos did not work - no water from the bath faucet & no plug - quite disappointed- had to ask for an advertised coffee machine but it was delivered the next day - the only close store seem to charge whatever the want despite what is marked on the shelves

The accommodation is in an ideal part of the city. Everywhere is close. To restaurants, to the sea. The staff was very helpful and helpful whenever we needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the café after the hotel. Unrivaled breakfast.
