Location, quality, clean and comfortable. Staff very welcoming and helpful made the stay exceptional. Especially Sakib, Karem and Ibrahim. They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Restaurant is great.
Only paid parking, but parking is good. Bad hotel coffee, stay away from it.

Personnel très aimable, serviable et à l'écoute. La chambre était très spacieuse, et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est à moins de 5 minutes de l'entrée là plus proche de Masjid an Nabawi. Petite note, pour les femmes il faudra marcher un peu plus que 5 minutes pour atteindre leur porte, mais rien de dramatique. Salle de bain propre et buffet varié au petit déjeuner.
Les ascenseurs ne sont pas très bien réglés, ils font un peu attendre, mais encore une fois rien de dramatique. Le réel (et seul) point négatif provient de la douche, qui n'est séparée du reste de la salle de bain que par une demi vitre, ce qui rend très facile le fait de mettre de l'eau partout en se douchant.
