The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of options. Special thanks to Ehtesham, Dony, Saide, and Riyad for their kindness, and excellent service.

Close to Haram; great food options over breakfast and lunch. A coffee shop downstairs was super useful. Thank you Nizam coffee shop for your hospitality. Thank you Rahman(housekeeping) for taking care of us.

Not having a view of the haram

Excellent stay and great value for money. The location is superb, just a 2 minute walk from Masjid Al Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits to the Prophet's Mosque. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were excellent friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the reception team for their warm welcome and efficient service, as well as Sentu, the bellboy, and Saqib, the breakfast waiter, for their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. Although the hotel is officially rated as a 3 star property, the quality of the breakfast and the standard of the rooms felt much closer to a 4 star hotel.
