"Improper Management / Waited almost an hour to check in"

The location is good. Easy to find parking.

No clear information about the place after I booked, they didn't send me proper details or a message. I have to call and ask for the check in details. A few hours before check in, the staff texted me that the room was not ready, my family had to wait inside the car until they finished half an hour later. When they came to the unit, the room was opened, the cleaners were still inside with loads of dirty towels and bedsheets in front of the door. The room was not ready yet. I asked for a late check out but the staff was hesitant but finally agreed. It was very unpleasant. Please improve your management.
