Location was good

Hosts very unhelpful. We paid for Wi-Fi but there was no Wi-Fi for the duration of our stay. Hosts made no effort to remedy this. They were also unable to even give us any tea towels for the kitchen. This was meant to be a fully equipped kitchen but there was not even a toaster. There were also ants in the kitchen. Host made no effort at all to remedy this. We also sent messages to Booking.com about all these issues but received to response. A very poor experience dealing with both the hosts and Booking.com. This is probably the worst accommodation any of us have ever stayed in.
