Convenient location to the immediate area. Good space. Washing machine in the flat was handy. The service manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Appliance plugs were not Malaysian standard for powerpoints. Either leave an adaptor there or have a handyman/electrician changeover the plugs. Only one set of access card + key was available. A bit of logistical precision is required if there is more than one of you! There was insufficient furniture like bedside tables, or any shelf space - that would be useful to lay out belongings. And hangers in the cupboard would be useful too. The taps in kitchen and bathroom are getting loose, this may require some maintenance/change.

Location

It wasn’t meant to accommodate 7 guests as charged, but thery were only 5 pillows provided. Also the quality of the mattress is very poor as it was literally sleeping on a hard surface. Request for pillows were not acknowledged.

Good location, Apartment suitable for 4 people Top floor with nice view of kk Swimming pool and gym A lot of restaurants and also available convenient store

1. Although the apartment is nice and clean but there are a lot of ants and cockroach nymphs. we have to buy the insect aerosol (not provided) 2. The bathroom window can not close 3. The drain in the shower area was clogged, and the water from the shower was not drained out. Already contacted the property owner, but there was no action and just silent. No choice, but we had to find the source of the problem ourselves. Otherwise, we couldn't even use the shower. We found that the drainage was clogged by lots of tangled hair. I hope you can relay this message to the property owner to make sure he doesn't only rely on the cleaner/ workers but also to inspect the property before the guest arrives. Thank you.

"Getting a good sleep"

The place was neat, tidy , clean and comfortable for family . It was well air conditioned and it has hot water system. they have TV and WiFi also . Very cozy.

unfortunately we can't access the pool at that moment and the access card was unauthorized by the lift itself. Also, need to readjust the information because, the parking is not free
