The parking

Dedicated parking is available with an access card, thus no extra charges. The location is nearby Imago shopping complex. There is a convenience store and some food stores at Ground level. The room was clean.

The view is overlooking next to a nearby ‘kampung air’. Check in-time was 15mins late than advertized. Other thing to improve are to include parking pillar number, it was hard to find the dedicated parking spot and to clearly direct guest the exact location for picking up key.

1. The check in instructions the host sent via WhatsApp was not sufficient. No sufficient instructions on where and how to get to the parking, where to park, was there specific parking space or can we park anywhere in residential parking place, what to do first before parking (must get the key first before park your car). I had to call him to get the info. Mind you I am living in KK and had been to the area few times and I know where to park as a visitor to the mall. They should provide enough and detailed info on how to get to the residence parking and where exactly need to park. 2. Again, not enough information on how to get the room keys from the maibox. They did not provide the passcode for the key box inside the mailbox. They only provide the code for the mailbox. Again, had to call them. 3. The bidet in the toilet has no head. It was troublesome to use we had to turn on and off. Imagine with kids, the floor can easily get wet. 4. Several hours after contacting the host, they sent repairmen to change the hose. But in the end they can't change it coz they didn't bring their gears. We had to wait for hours at home just for nothing. Time wasted. 5. The parking was really confusing and there was no standardised labelling. Some spot got labels, some don't. And they all use different styles of labelling. The management need to improve this. 6. Both mattresses for the bunk bed were thin and hard. Also no blanket provided for the upper bunk. 7. If you want to book this place coz you want to use a washing machine, then don't. THERE WAS NO WASHING MACHINE PROVIDED. I asked them about this and showed them proof from the booking.com ads, they simply said they will contact booking.com to amend the ads.

Nice place clean and comfortable

everything is good many time I stay there have good staff. The place is so nice and beauty. My family enjoy the trip with this stay. Cant wait to come kk again, I will definitely choose this place again!!
