Amenities inside house was good and the house was spacious. Property was good value for money overall.

The location, while reasonably close to main city center, does not have a very close supermarket and the area isn't the greatest. Photos from outside of the house are not advertised so Google Street Maps is advised.

"Spacious Functional practical and comfy"

Communication with host efficient and accommodating. Nice location quite close from the city centre (20 min walk) . Family and cosmopolitan neighbourhood, safe and really quiet. It's quite industrial so don't go if you need somewhere posh. It was really spaceous the bedding was fine and the kitchen really functionnal.The house has lived and would need a fresh coat of paint, so if you need some fancy house don't go. There is a really good heating system inside the house. Bathroom was alright and furnished with different shampoo, shower gel and sanitary products (last point very thoughtfull and clever, I had never seen that in any airbnb or hotel I've stayed in). Parking for car is inside the back courtyard, super cool given the prices of parking in Bristol.

Would need a shower mat for the bathtub to prevent slips. The bathtub tap leeks a bit (hot button). The dining table only fit 4 people which was perfect for us but if you use the house at full capacity you would need to eat on the sofas. The curtains in the double bedroom was too small for the window, you will be woken up by the sun in this room.

"Good value stay comfy beds and a close walk into town"

All the facilities and close to town, a short walk. The facilities were clean and fully functional. Off street parking and a quiet area.

It’s not brand new but wasn’t the most expensive.

When I arrived on the Friday I was 2 hours early before checking in I contacted the owner of the accommodation and they were very responsive and very helpful.. We had 9 people stay in this accommodation for 2 days and everyone single person that stayed said how nice the house is inside and outside. Will defo stay here again and will highly recommend this apartment to anyone that asks about it!
