TWZAThe size of the apartment was fairly spacious. Ratanga park is on the doorstep to go for a walk or run (weather permitting).
It is quite cold in winter. However, the hosts had a heater available.
ZAZAI feel completely misled by the listing on Booking.com. The images and description do not accurately reflect the apartment I was given. I specifically booked and paid for a 1-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival, I was checked into a small studio instead. I raised the issue with Rumi, who tried to assist, but the manager refused to rectify the situation, claiming the error was on Booking.com’s side and that the price I paid was correct. Despite this, the apartment I received clearly does not match what was advertised or paid for. I reluctantly agreed to stay and requested compensation for the next visit. To my surprise, management offered only a 10% discount for a 2-night booking error, which I find completely unacceptable given the misrepresentation and inconvenience caused. This experience has left me extremely disappointed in both the agency and the lack of accountability. It is unfair that the burden of false advertising is shifted onto the client. I urge Booking.com to investigate this matter and contact me directly. Going forward, I strongly encourage other travelers to do their research before booking with this agency.
