The location was not disclosed upfront. You think you are staying at the address given but they take you to another address, which is still a building site. As a single woman, I did not feel safe there, or to walk anywhere. This was a complete misrepresentation and the space advertised, and had I known, would never have booked there. I requested a refund for one of the 2 nights but they refused. Had to find other accommodation at great expense.
