Nice hotel

Could not believe how noisy the whole hotel was.. please don’t come to this hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet… it doesn’t help that the pool is in the centre of the hotel, but kids screaming and parents shouting and screaming all the hours that the pool was open

the room, comfort, and service were excellent!! Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily recommend.

On the final day, the hot water became unstable, but the staff responded quickly and did their best to fix it.

The Hotel is well located as you could reach the old town by walking or the Shuttle Bus that is provided by the Hotel. If you are with Kids you should book a room at ground Level which allows you to Jump from your room directly to the Pool. Most incredible is the private restaurant which is in the back of the Hotel. The Service team of Mr. NGOC and Ms Hoa and especially Ms Van was an outstanding experience and it is really a hidden gem. Big Thank again to Ms Van who was guiding us professionally during our unique stay at Wafaifo Ressort.

i was travelling with my family and my dad unfortunately fell ill during our journey to hoi an. upon arriving, the staff immediately helped to get medical attention and stayed on when the doctor came to help translate. during the whole trip, the staff anticipated our needs and cared for my dad as we explored hoi an. my dad enjoyed resting in the comfortable room for the whole trip. the staff’s professionalism, care and kindness was out of this world. special thanks to luna, vanh, duc and team for the care and hospitality. we will definitely visit hoi an again and will only stay at wafaifo. the hotel itself was charming and comfortable, super clean with a great breakfast spread. we were only there for 3 days but it felt like home. i’ve always been skeptical about raving good reviews but wafaifo exceeded me and my family’s expectations. as seasoned travellers, this is a feat that is rare to come by. good job to wafaifo!
