The staff was AMAZING. Couldn’t rave enough about them. No matter how uncomfortable it was for our family, Sofia and her management was super accommodating.

The property has AMAZING potential. We didn’t like how outdated it was. There was ropes holding up the kiddy slide. One of the slides didn’t work at all. Pool beds rusty and ripping. There was wood glue hanging and holding up the furniture in our room. Stains on the ceiling. With this being a resort and weather being unpredictable, it’ll be nice to have updated and more modern things within the facility for kids to engage in when the weather doesn’t agree with the pool.

When considering the price, the exceptional quality and stunning vistas make it an outstanding value for money. A true haven for those seeking both luxury and affordability.

The housekeeping here is impeccable, ensuring that every corner of the room remains spotless. The services provided are top-notch, with a responsive and friendly reception team always ready to assist. Room amenities are comprehensive, including plush linens, premium toiletries, and modern technology. It's the attention to detail in every aspect that elevates the overall experience to exceptional heights.

The suite's design at this seaside retreat is a visual masterpiece, blending modern elegance with captivating sea views. Hopefully we will return and experience the whole stay again and again.

Its decor exudes sophistication, creating a serene ambiance that's perfect for relaxation. Hotel and rooms were also spotless and beautiful. Staff was nice too. Strongly recommended.

Reception team gave us good recommendations of what’s worth seeing around. We loved the breakfasts by the morning buffet, kind and professional service always. Thank you Galini team-we are still daydreaming of our days with you.
