Amazing hotel with professional staff and friendly manners! From the arrival at the reception the welcome staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

After the check in the guest services team made a tour and showed us around the premises- gave us tips how to book tables for the restaurant, outside area schedule etc. Spa and wellness centre was amazing too.

the pool in the room was soiled with bird escrements all around the border and inside. When i asked someone to clean it, the first time, no one came. the second time they did but just cleaned the front of the steps leading to the pool, leaving the whole border and pool itself literally littered with hundreds of droppings. Moreover the internet has not worked for the entire three days i was there. Absolitely a disgrace for a supposedly 5 star hotel. At 340 euros a night i expect a lot different. At the reception there is only one overworked staff and queues of 30 minutes to speak to them. There is no concierge. Appalling. . This hotel is worth at most a 100 euro a night

Air-conditioned rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a flat screen TV for entertainment. The terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view and the private bathroom with shower was modern and clean. Room service ensured that my room was always tidy and well-stocked with supplies. Also the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The beach of Agia Marina was only 700 meters away and Kalamaki beach was a short 3 km drive. The airport shuttle service was a convenient way to get to and from the hotel, and the additional charge was reasonable for the convenience provided. Definitely we love to come again for our next vacation trip.

Had a great times here but it last only one night because we had to leave for our country. Sea view from my balcony was breathtaking! Staff was helpful and mannerly. All was excellent, the buffet and continental breakfast were delicious and filling. The shared lounge was a great place to relax and socialize with other guests, and the karaoke was a fun way to end the evening. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of bed linen and towels. The gym was well-equipped and made it easy to maintain my fitness routine while on vacation. The car hire service was convenient and allowed me to explore the area at my own pace. The free WiFi throughout the property was reliable and made it easy to stay connected. A truly elegant and very clean place to stay!

What a wonderful place was that! Beach was beautiful, the water park, the water sports facilities on site made it easy to have a fun-filled day by the water. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with big beds and a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The closet and clothes rack provided ample storage space for my belongings, and the coffee maker and electric kettle were great for making my morning cup of coffee. Private pool was also fantastic! I'll be back again!
