Modernish homestay with large rooms and beds, beautiful view and very kind family who prepared amazing food for us. Highly recommended to anyone who requires little bit more comfort than traditional homestays in this area offers.

Lovely family-run homestay near Su Pan, it felt like home. The owners were very kind to us and offered local wine when having dinner at their restaurant, helped us book a taxi and get information on how to book a bus to another location.

The place is located quite far from Sa Pa and other villages, and we expected it as it's clearly stated on the Booking page/looking at the map. We highly recommend renting a scooter from the owners to move around. Apart from their restaurant and another couple around, there isn't much in the area. But it's what you're looking for if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristic area!

Pool/walking path too close to the rooms and windows : difficult to have privacy without constantly having curtains closed Also it would be nice to have breakfast included

I can't think of anything because it's so wonderful here. It surprised me with unimaginable experiences. I am very satisfied with this place.

Before we arrived, they sent us useful info such as how much the taxi should cost, etc. When we were leaving, they even booked a taxi for us - They had a brochure with trekking trips available. There was a local guide who showed us beautiful places and shared lots of interesting info with us - The food was tasty - Peaceful place. - Highly recommend

It was a very nice stay. Beautifull view, big comfortable room, very nice host, there is a possibility to rent a scooter.

Very friendly owners, they didn't speak much English but were eager to use Google translate to make sure we reach understanding. Before we arrived, they sent us useful info such as how much the taxi should cost, etc. When we were leaving, they even booked a taxi for us - They had a brochure with trekking trips available, we booked one of the trips and it was really great. There was a local guide who showed us beautiful places and shared lots of interesting info with us - The food was tasty

The swimming pool was not available. It's understandable that something was broken and we weren't able to use it, but it would be nice to notify us before arrival, as we were really excited about the pool and it was one of the main reasons we chose this place - The bathroom could be renovated (it was clean, however) - The amount of food for breakfast was small. We had to choose one thing or pay extra for another one

Property was beautiful and in the mountains! We were able to easily organise our trekking trip via the hotel and also arrange taxis at the lowest price too and from the town! The stay also had an onsite restaurant with delicious food!

Nothing - We were far away from Sapa town however, that is the whole point of the trip!!

The views were stunning, the rooms were clean and the owners and staff were friendly and accommodating! It was also close to many walking trails

The mattresses were a bit firm but manageable!
