I paid for bed and breakfast and they refused to give me the breakfast claiming that on their system breakfast was not showing

On arrival I called all their contact numbers on the correspondence from Booking.com and those at the advertising sign board, while I was at the gate - all were offline. Woke up on Sunday morning there was no electricity and had to shower with cold water in the dark Initially I thought the distance to the airport was 3 km but it was more (about 6 km)
CDAirport pick up was well organised and on time
No Hot shower in the morning, electricity shortage, not clear lecture of Booking details.
