"Nice view but"

It has spectacular view and you wake up with mice weather.

It was not clean, we did not want to use dishes. They were sticky. Communication was bad, we need to call multiple numbers to reach. I did not understand why water was so hard, after shower we always get dry.

"Good place for families"

Views are stunning. Planty of space for the family in addition to the terras. Quite easy to get to Agregno center, 5 minute walk and we made it ok with kids stroller. Separate thanks for parking, it is uncommon to see that parking size in Como area

Amazing view. Parking spot/open garage, just behind the appartment.

Strange (kind of gas) smell in the bathroom (on a first floor) i hope its not some gas leak... For older people it might be difficult to reach a center of the city, by foot, but for younger, its a perfect small workout after tasty italian pizzas 😁

Location was perfect. House had individual parking space! Extremely clean and nice. The proprietor was courteous and answered all our questions. There is great view from the terrace. Just keep in mind that you will also see the parking lot of the adjacent building and the garbage cans on the street- that wasn't a problem at all. Overall we recommend the house. Thanks for everything!
