Everything about this place is beautifully considered. A warm welcome from our Host, dinner was outstanding, rooms beautifully finished with great shower. 5 mins to airport with pre-booked taxi. Hands down best find near to an airport.

Nothing, everything about this gem is 10/10

We were there to rest before our long haul flight back home. It was a quiant little establishment just outside the airport. The host could not have been more accommodating, and even though we didn't try it, there was a full service ristorante too here.

location 5 mins to airport. imp when 6 M flight. Very clean, quiet and everything you need Great little restaurant, which is actually the main part of this accommodation they are developing more so I would definitely return if travelling in and out of Rome food was excellent. We ordered a bottle of wine earlier in the afternoon and she provided cheese and bread and olive oil and meat was all lovely.

what wasn't really a problem for us but you couldn't really walk anywhere. It was kind of a main junction. I expect you could've got a taxi. If you had a car you could drive short distance. I think it's like seven minutes to the beach.

The property is an oasis surrounded by FCO. We wanted to be close and it’s less than a 5 minute drive to the terminals. Phenomenal restaurant on site was such a plus and Christina couldn’t be more helpful or pleasant.

Just a little difficult to find.
