The owners are on site & created a very interactive friendly family oriented experience. Provided extras that made our stay memorable. A boutique one-of-a-kind stay perfect for traveling in and out of the Rome airport or a two or three day stay from which to explore Roman and surrounding area.

Some accommodations are up a flight of stairs, but staff members carry baggage up for those that may have difficulty climbing stairs or carrying heavy loads.

The room was large, well thought out, with a very comfortable bed and linens. The lighting , storage and TV all easy to use and well placed. The restaurant on site was reasonably priced and very good. Christina booked our car from and back to the airport and was cheerful and helpful in all respects.

A delightful alternative to the chain hotels, this renovated farmhouse couldn't have been nicer. The room was small but comfy with thoughtful amenities. The site felt calm and private despite it's proximity to the airport. On-site parking was helpful. The hostess was very welcoming and communicative, even directed us a lovely spot to have a drink on the beach a short drive away. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was excellent. Would definitely return.

Very quaint, relaxed and pleasant. Our room was awesome, very clean, functional and enough room for luggage. Restaurant is awesome.

Tenuta del Duca is a delightful hotel, minutes from Rome Airport. The staff are extremely courteous and there is even an airport shuttle service (15 euro). The restaurant has an impressive menu, the food was delicious and the plates are thoughtfully served.
