The property sits in a quiet part of Arcireale, away from the city's hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into the historical centre. A supermarket is about a 5-minute drive. There is a very popular restaurant right next door if you're looking for dinner options. A 2-minute walk away is a lovely, small public piazza that overlooks the Ionian Sea. Parking at the property is a breeze..onsite with an automatic gate for security. There is a paved terrace, perfect for aperitivos and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Massimo is an attentive host, without being obtrusive, and lives next door should you need anything.

Suggestions: A curtain or blind is necessary at the entrance door for guest privacy. Insect screens would be most beneficial. There is a church right next door that has bells chiming every 15 minutes from 7.00-9.00am, then starts again from about 4.00-9.00pm. This didn't bother us, but just an FYI for those who like to sleep late. If you have cat allergies, keep the entrance door shut, the owner's cats will enter freely.

Perfect location in a quiet place at the outskirts of Acireale in a walking distance from the historic city center. The apartment is big enough, this is equipped with old pieces of furniture with a touch of art. It is equipped with all you need to cook, in case you wish. All is according to the description. The host/owner id very helpful.

Very unique, cozy and clean accommodation. We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful owner who shared explanations about the place. Everything we needed was there. It was nice to sit on the terrace in the evening. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

Massimo was a very kind host. We really enjoyed this great apartment, equipped with everything you might need on vacation - from coffee maker to dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the terrace!
