Keycards- not working even though the reprogram it several times. Its like a one time use only

The space for the dinner I hosted was good.

Everything was outdated, Floors were very dirty. There were cockroaches in the sink. It doesn't seem like room was cleaned prior to stay.

レンタカー前提で有れば非常に使いやすく　お得だと思います。口コミにあったロビーの匂いはなく、プールも使用可能状態でした。 設備的にはEV一台は停止中ですが待つことも無かったです。日本語スタッフはおりませんでしたが、日本語勉強したいって言ってましたよ。 調理器具等は有りますが簡単な物はできますが消耗品は一切ないのでドンキかkマートでの買い出し必要です。

お湯の温度が少々ぬるめです

グアムの中心地から遠くレンタカーでの移動じゃないととても不便。 部屋の掃除が行き届いてなくゴキブリが毎日出る始末。 もう宿泊しないと思う。

Im not sure i dont think I got my security deposit back .. I used my card it was 300 the security deposit

So my wife and daughter decided to rent a room at a hotel with swimming pool and kitchen...,it was my daughters birthday and she loves to swim so it was a special occasion..I called to reserve a room and was told to wait a few hours so the room can be prepared,the time was already about 8pm , upon arriving we checked in and was given a room on the 10th floor. When we got to the room i noticed it was very muggy and warm inside, i checked the thermostat to adjust the temperature but after a couple hours it only got hotter ...I decided to call front desk and they said the electrician is on the way to check it..The electrician came and checked the airconditioner , he told me he wont be able to fix the airconditioner because it would take about 3 hours and said that hes off work in an hour so i should call the front desk...so i called the front desk and spoke with the young lady who told me that she would get a better room for me, i even told her it was my daughters birthday and if we can get a better room for the inconvenience....she told me to wait and shell call me when another room is ready....waited for about an hour and she called and said im sorry i have to move you downstairs on 9th floor...,i was hoping maybe a room higher with a ocean view..she ended up giving me a room on the 9th floor facing the main road...im thinking we actually got downgraded..,then to top it off it was already too late to take my daughter swimming so she was upset at that....following morning we ended up checking out but on the way out i asked if it was possible for my daughter to swim for an hour or less because she missed it last night because of room change and waiting...so the young lady at the front told me my daughter that we cant swim and had to leave the property upon checkout...i found the whole experience not worth the $200. I paid and had to wait another 5 days for my $200. security deposit to be put back on my card ,think the checkout lady who denied my 8yr.daughter was rude

Thee room we had was the penthouse, my family loved it very spacious, living room, kitchen with basic cooking and eating utensils, laundry room, 3 bedrooms and a really big balcony. Also the pool was really great! Simple and really great getaway from the usual hotels.

I think the only real issue we had was the bathrooms by the pool were out of order and the jacuzzi was out of order as well. And the parking is a little tight
