Alupang Beach Tower, UPGRADED units

The hotel staff here are very helpful and friendly. There's a small convenience store, in the hotel lobby. The owner Minon, is a great guy, very helpful and always in a good mood. This is definitely a bonus for this hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, the white sand beach is right there, off the hotel steps. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. No words can express the beauty of watching the sunset go down over the ocean.

The hotel is showing a lot of signs of deterioration. The A/C in the hotel is not working except in the hotel room. The hotel lobby, the hallways, the elevators. All these areas are very hot. Sad to see the restaurant is shut down and they no longer rent ocean toys; jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks etc. The pool and area needs to be redone, The bathrooms at the pool and the hotel lobby, were out of service and seemed to be like that for a very long time. we stayed 3 weeks and they were never working. The worse part was the moldy bathrooms, I turned down several rooms before I finally accepted one. Mind you this was a penthouse suite, it still had moldy outdated showers but it was the best of 4 units available. I went and bought my own cleaning supplies and we scrubbed them down ourselves. There were no other hotels that had available rooms, so we just accepted it but for almost $8,000 it was sad. The pictures are a little foggy I tried to screenshot them from a video I took, I tried uploading with no luck but you can see what I'm talking about. The pool area, if you zoom in, you can see how the pool deck has slippery mold everywhere. We only used the pool once. The picture does it no justice but there were plenty people in the pool this day. It was Liberation Day and fireworks were visible from the pool. I know to some, you may think I'm just complaining; Really I'm just being honest. My family and I travel to a lot of destinations. Is this hotel a bad place to stay ? I can't say they're isn't anything nice about it but it does need work for the money you're spending, that's all. The owners of the property, are paying their employees just enough to keep them from quitting, so in return, the employees are doing just enough, not to get fired.

Big, and cheaper than other places

We had 2 units, one unit it’s facing the afternoon sunlight and the ac was so weak, it was hot and not comfortable when we slept. They have kitchen but you have to buy supplies like dish soap , sponge. They have washing machine inside the unit, so it’s good for staying longer. If you don’t have a car, it’s far from stores and restaurants, you only have the beach. It’s very humid in Guam and very hot to just walk. You can call local taxi, or Korean taxi, usually it’s $15 per ride (15-20 mins drive) .

Location is beachfront. Sea view is good.

Neighbors were very noisy late at night. Didn't enjoy that at all.

The property was spacious so we were happy about it but dated and not so clean…

Beautiful property I came for a business trip with my little family we visit Guam frequently, this place was the perfect location. Beautiful view and the owner was very polite, if we had an issue we could just give him a call and he’d answer right away. I don’t mind renting with him again. We’ll be back.

That the unit I originally booked for did not look anything like the photos.. but that’s alright as we enjoyed our stay anyway
