Good place

Breakfast wasn't available no restaurant on site but close enough to walk to multiple options. Location perfect on the beach. They have washer & dryer !!!!

A restaurant on the premises would've been nice.

The rooms were big, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The aircon wasn’t cold, the room was run down, the balcony was noisy with the non working aircon unit exhaust.

Location is great and staff is friendly and responsive

Our 3 bedroom unit was one controlled by the property. It had roaches, the kitchen had only a few plates and glasses, there was only one knife and one pan, there was no dish soap, the installed microwave was inop, a small countertop microwave was provided, the TV did not work, the living room had seating for only three people, the dining table had seating for four people, some electrical outlets in the kitchen and bedrooms were inop, and the washing machine leaked on the floor. This unit has not been significantly updated since initial construction which was likely around 1980. There are many other issues I didn’t list such as the bathroom shower door coming off the track. This building is situated right on the beach but the beach has eroded due to typhoons and now the buildings corner is in the water leaving only partial beach between building and sea. The pool area opened the day after we arrived but the pool is old and in need of renovation. The hot tub area is closed. Only one of three elevators is operable. We stayed 3 days previous to this rental in a privately owned unit that was much better. But of course still in this old decrepit building. To be fair management did fix the washing machine and spray for roaches but it is time to renovate the building or rent will just keep going down as bad reviews mount.

Not crowded great privacy the rooms were awesome felt really homey we had a living room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer dryer combo. We didnt even have to go out to eat just cooked in the kitchen. Was really worth the price to get away for a weekend

Jacuzzi was out of order the restrooms were out of order as well and i think only 1 elevator was working out of 3
