The location is ok

​We booked a stay for 5 adults, but the overall experience was highly disappointing and definitely not worth the price we paid. ​Missing Bedding: While we knew beforehand that the 5th adult would have to sleep on the sofa in the living room, the property failed to prepare any bedding, blankets, or pillows for the 5th guest. ​Poor Sleeping Conditions: The living room has no blackout curtains. Sleeping in a bright room with absolutely no light control made it incredibly uncomfortable, and our family member could not get a proper night's rest. ​If a property advertises capacity for 5 guests and charges accordingly, they must provide the necessary bedding and a suitable sleeping environment. The lack of attention to detail and poor service completely ruined our comfort. We will not be staying here again.

The place itself was nice, beds were comfy and the location was alright however the address seemed confusing to almost every Uber we ordered.

The host company was absolutely awful to deal with. We definitely won't be staying in any accommodation that Zodiak hosts again. We had to meet someone to get the keys and he was running late, which meant we had to shift all of our evening plans. Tried to get in contact with the host company multiple times while waiting for their concierge and just found them to be rude and dismissive. In their online 'boarding pass' there is a bunch of optional add-ons for your stay including late check out. We bought a late check out the morning we were due to check out as we didn't think we'd have enough time before check out and on the boarding pass it was available to buy. Upon calling the host company to find it if the late check in was approved, I was rudely told that it needed to be done at least 24hrs prior and that we needed to get out of the accommodation asap. At this point, my card had been charged and when I queried this with them they jyst kept telling me I hadn't been charged. What could've been a great stay was absolutely ruined by this poorly run company.

Great location in the city. Had everything we needed thank you.

The bed was a little too hard so sleep could have been better. Otherwise everything else was great thank you

The closeness to everywhere you’ll need

We arranged to meet at the property and the host concierge was late. It was annoying to have to wait even though we had scheduled a time to meet beforehand

None of the closets had rails in them so there was no way to hang clothes. We were attending a graduation event and needed to be able to hang garments. This was advised to the host and they brought in a mobile rail that evening but it was disappointing that this was not checked beforehand for a professionally managed apartment like this.

Great customer service top to bottom. Kush was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Secure car park, very close to Aotea Centre, 2 bathrooms comfiest beds, warm, quiet, secure, spacious, modern kitchen, wifi coverage good. Highly recommend.

Checking in process not straightforward & didn't realise had to fill in online form night before to check in

It’s was great.

Fold out couch.

Great communication. Terrific location. Good beds. Just a really nice, well equipped unit. The parking spot was a bonus.
