The staff was super helpful, kind and friendly. They were welcoming and they made us feel at home from our arrival.

La struttura aveva tuttta l’aria di essere stata un palazzo importante dei secoli scorsi, presenta una terrazza con una vista molto bella

Purtroppo tante cose non sono andate, come ad esempio: -La camera che avevamo prenotato non corrispondeva a quella che ci è stata effettivamente data -il bagno non era privato ma condiviso con altre abitazioni (uno dei proprietari ha provato a giustificarsi rocambolescamente) per entrambe le cose (nessuna comunicazione da parte della struttura). I letti erano duri come pietre (e quanto detto da loro stessi sono così in tutta la struttura) e sempre uno dei proprietari ci ha risposto che eravamo gli unici a lamentarci. Un atteggiamento assai ostile nei confronti degli ospiti. Non c’è attenzione verso il cliente in generale, non c’è cura dei dettagli e quindi non lo raccomando
