Très bon emplacement

No podemos valorar la estancia porque nos cancelaron la reserva el día de antes. Viajábamos en familia, con menores y una persona de 75 años... Fue un verdadero inconveniente y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Según el alojamiento, habían hecho más reservas que el número de habitaciones. Entendemos que puede ser un error que puede pasar (aunque no debería) pero el alojamiento debería haber asumido su responsabilidad y habernos buscado una solución... Nos dijeron que solicitáramos la devolución gratis en Booking y eso hicimos porque no nos quedó más remedio, pero nos supuso mucho estrés tener que buscar otro alojamiento a última hora y, además, más caro... No nos han parecido buenos profesionales. Ojalá el resto de comentarios sean excelentes y lo que nos pasó fuera una situación aislada...

The Riad Is beautiful with lots of stairs and decorations, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful with everything. We also had dinner there, the food is homemade and delicious.

Some of the towels weren't the cleanest and you have to figure out the toilet a little bit

Litteraly nothing.

They just told us to not come because receptionist went home for dinner and prayer due to Ramadan despite the fact we advertised we come after sunset.

This riad is perfect for history and authencity lovers, at first it felt like a museum. Owners were very hospitable, the atmosphere was like living in one big family. Top balcony of riad was the main spot for spending cold evenings and meeting other travelers, living in riad. Also big thanks to the owners for giving us truthworthy recommendations and contacts, which made our trip in Fes even better.
