SEClean new apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable and quiet area.
There was so much dust clogged up in the washing machine, even though I have lived and used washing machines in Japan, this machine had some problem. The response from both both the hotel/owner was quite slow and Booking.com almost nil. Will try to prioritize other booking companies if Booking.com behaves like non-responsive. My clothes got destroyed which was annoying, and dusty like anything. We particular choose this as we needed somewhere in our trip do the laundry. This wasted time on our trip and the response was not to our satisfaction. Is was like basically "sorry, nothing we can do" and I asked for at least another hour as I had been cleaning my clothes that night, but they refused. So wet and destroyed clothes and quickly checking out. Not very pleasant customer experience.

AUA very spacious apartment, very new appliances, the futon was comfortable, very clean.
Taking the bins out was very confusing for a foreigner.
