Spacious room, great amenities, and clean

Very high and steep staircase to the room (no elevator). Wouldn't recommend to senior or family with big luggage. Very limited parking space too since most of the ground was left untaken care of.

The building is obviously very new and it is clean and has a good range of appliances. The bathroom is very spacious as is the kitchen. The beds are comfortable.

The apartment we were told to check into was occupied by someone who had been swapped to that number the previous day. The only other unoccupied apartment had the door wide open when we arrived and the key in the door. We messaged through the app but it wasn't for quite a while that we heard back, luckily a staff member happened by and said we could use the open door apartment. It had obviously been cleaned but we were rather uncomfortable with the fact the door had been open for possibly quite a while. Management finally got back to us asking for a picture of the open door but eventually just sending a confirmation for our new apartment. It was quite stressful. Additionally, if you are going to utilise the sofa bed be aware there is an incredibly bright huge neon exit sign over the front door about 2m from where you will be sleeping that illuminates the living and kitchen area, so if you're sensitive to light and using the sofa bed stay somewhere else. There is also no sound proofing and even a coin dropped upstairs you can hear every spin of the coin before it finally settles so hope you don't have noisy upstairs guests.

The facilities are excellent and very clean. It's a beautiful unit. I especially like the convenience of a washing machine.

Since i stayed on the ground floor unit, the noise from the upstairs unit was horrible. At midnight, i could still hear chairs moving, running and voices. I even was awakened at 1am.

Unit was very clean and neat. Amenities just minutes walk away.

Indicated 4 persons staying but towels, blankets and pillows were only prepare for 2 persons instead. Managed to find them inside cabinet indicated “for staffs only”. Wonder issue is with Booking search criteria or apartment side??? That’s the only setback faced..

The apartment is clean and spacious. My husband and I were able to sleep well as the bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen is also convenient as I can find everything I need.

There were no slippers so we had to walk around the apartment with our socks.

Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped. COOP (supermarket) was nearby too.

There were some noises (probably footsteps) above the unit at night, otherwise the place was peaceful and quiet.

Good location, close to the railway station and easy to find. Car parks available. The facilities are brand new and work well.

For units 201 & 202 on the 2nd floor, the stairs are a bit too steep.
