Lovely little flat in the heart of totnes. Beautifully decorated, modern, and very clean. The host sent great instructions before hand and the flat had everything I needed. Walking distance from the train station (although a big hill to get up there).

Steps up the house were a little dark at night.

A great (and quiet) location within a few minutes walk of the top of the High Street. Very clean throughout, a characterful bedroom with high ceiling, a modern shower room, and a very handy and well equipped small kitchen. We did not meet Lucinda but her text communication and written instructions were excellent. Central heating came on at 4pm and there was an additional electric radiator which made our January stay very comfortable. We arrived by train so unable to comment on parking.

Didn't really affect us, but a torch is needed at night to negotiate the turning steps at the bottom of the front garden to get on to the pavement.

The owner came to rescue me from town because my satnav on my phone was playing up and ensured the heating went on immediately to help me dry out my soaked gear.
