Lovely mix of traditional and contemporary, lots of attention to detail, super comfy bed, well equipped bathroom and kitchen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and delicious smells from Neals Yard.

I was a little chilly sitting in the evening but mostly my own fault as I hadn’t brought anything more cosy to wear! Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful characteristic flat in quirky Totnes, yet very clean and it meets modern standards. Close to the town centre, the high street is just a stone’s throw away. The owner will respond very swiftly to any request. We had a great stay. Parking your car might potentially be an issue as there’s no on-site parking. However, if one’s willing to walk for about 5 minutes, free parking is just around the corner.

Nothing, whatever “issue” we faced during our stay was solved adequately and quickly.

A nice little place within a few minutes walk to the high street. The room was comfortable though seating was limited to 2 dining chairs at a small table and a slipper chair. It didn't really matter for us as we were out most of the day so were only there for bedtime. The kitchen was adequately stocked in terms of china and cutlery. There was also tea, coffee and milk available and the host had left us some cookies which was a nice gesture. The bathroom was clean and had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available. The small walled garden is very sweet and, weather permitting, a nice little place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee.

Parking was not straightforward; It is resident parking from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. so you need to park about a 5-7 minute walk from the property between those hours. We double parked outside to unload and reload which didn't seem to be a problem.

Lovely flat with character and modern facilities. Good communication from the owner.

Great location, quiet, town centre was walkable, decorated to a good standard, nice quirks, modern bathroom and kitchen. Our privacy was respected, and there was a great secluded outside space.

No separate lounge area but this wasn't really an issue as we were out for most of the time.
