Well situated for exploring Totnes, clean, comfortable and well equipped . Coffee, teas, milk and biscuits on arrival were much appreciated.

If we were to be picky, we’d say that noise carries a little bit from the main house. It didn’t really affect us though.

"Totnes flat"

The flat is beautifully decorated and has a comfy bed and nice kitchen area. Very well located close to town, parking was easy.

The hot water didn't work on the morning of our check out so we had to leave without showering. The flat joins the main house by an locked interconnected door and we heard a lot of noise
