"Exceptional"

Flat has it's own entrance and is exceptionally well furnished and decorated. It's charming and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and kitchen area. I visited in winter so didn't use the little outdoor courtyard but this could be a nice feature in summer. Check in was easy.- owner allowed me to check in early to drop of my bags as I was travelling by train The flat is just a few minutes away from shops- the narrows- which lead onto the high street. Totnes has some good shops and cafes and interesting old buildings. Market Friday and Saturday. Excellent independent supermarket close by. No breakfast provided but there's a small kitchen area, also cafes and the well stocked independent supermarket just a few minutes away.

The steps weren't a problem for me but may make the property unsuitable for some..

A lovely stay. Lucinda was friendly and helpful after booking. Check in was straightforward and easy. Location is fantastic, less than a five minute walk into Totnes town centre. Flat had everything necessary and lots of lovely extra touches. Bed was super comfy! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Lucinda!

Beautifully decorated with a high level finish. Warm and comfortable and would love to see it in Spring and Summer.

"Well appointed but misleading description"

Nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen and bathroom. Good location, 5 mins walk from the top of the town.

The listing describes this as a "One Bedroom Flat". It is not. There is only one room - a bedroom with a small sitting area. There is no separate living space and no sofa. At best it is a studio. Closest accurate description would be a hotel junior suite with a small kitchen.
