"Scam."

Got absolutely nothing for the £165 I paid as the place had shut down a few weeks before our planned stay. Despite sending me an eamil trhat said they would contact me for our arrival time , they never contacted me. Numerous phonecalls and texts were just ignored. Booking .com were just as bad. Not replying to phone calls to AI agent . Park view guest house is operating a fraudulant scam, taking money by deception, knowing they will not honour their offer of accomodation.

"Very poor"

Nobody there to book in,no parking when it said on yh site there was, so false advertising, toilet not working in room, smell sewage coming up sink, no milk or coffee in rooms, security wa bad for all guest. I had to let guest in the door because there was nobody there to let them in on there booking times. A guest had a bedroom for a couple and a 14 year old no bed in room for child. Anyone could get in the place at night if door didn't shut. We were told the week before police were called because people were in the house that shouldn't have been there, so made you more uncomfortable .Bad experience has been from before, always enjoyed are stay there but not this time. False advertising on booking. Com no communication with the owners

Location was good

There was nobody at the property to let us in when we did get in the room was clean enough but the toilet didn’t flush and the water smelt stale couldn’t have a cup of tea due to this very poor

Staff very friendly and informative. Tea and coffee supplied in room but no milk sachets. When pointed out to staff this was rectified immediately. Room and communal areas were spotlessly clean.

Tea and coffee facilities not replenished during stay.

Nice clean rooms

No car parking spaces has to park at premier inn cost 10 pounds 2 nights which are parking was ment to be free no one answering phone when calling to get in let in by tentent had to wait to get keys for room overall was good
