Park View Guest House

Location good. Clean

We were greeted by a manager but did not see another member of staff for all 3 days. No breakfast option We booked 3 rooms but all 3 were very different. 1 was good with hot water, shower & clean 1 was ok with hot water but only a bath & a hand held shower so no good if you had any sort of mobility issue as my husband has and 1 had a shower but no hot water at all. We could call a number for assistance which we did & eventually we were told we could use a shower room which was being used as a store room. Our rooms didn't have enough toilet roll so we ended up searching cupboards around the property & eventually found more This guesthouse is ok but lacks customer care

No personal contact with anyone check in was painful eventually someone did come & let us in no toilet rolls replenished the whole weekend our friends room had none at all very dissapointed in our stay & won,t be rebooking another initially great b&b in the past that,s now part of Uk Coastal Holidays 😡

This place is owned by UK coastal holidays and there was a lot of confusion in whether it was actually open. I did a lot of digging the week before, as I read people turning up and it's shut. They also own a lot of other properties in Bridlington and we knew lots of friends having not got a room on Friday 27/1/25. It was northern soul WK Nd. These properties are still being advertised on booking.com and there Web site. A girl let us in who seemed stressed, but was good of her to do what she did. Our room in the eaves basic, very hot, dirty carpet. The only thing that was good, it was quiet because we don't think it was full, even though it said no vacancies. We were hearing off locals that it's a scam , people still paying for accommodation and it's not open. Please do your homework before you book. This place could be next to close tasking your hard earned money.

No toilet roll on arrival No milk Hot and cold water smelt just like bad eggs Black bits came out of toilet and cold tap making it un drinkable to fill our bottles up ,brushing and showering etc Put clean room on door when we went out nobody came in,no fresh clean towels bed not made tea and coffee not replenished
