Facilities could have been improved further

Not much to be honest

When we arrived music was loud I did call to make sure our room wasn't above the gym I was informed that it wasn't as I read the reviews before hand about load music was heard not a quite stay for previous guests . I spoke to the deputy manager on arrival she informed myself that the gym would be closed soon in the morning woken up with music from below bumping . The room itself wasn't clean hair bands meatal grips from hair was on the floor sugar was all over the table and pink hair band on floor. Mosquitoes flying about as windows was left wide open .it really needed air conditioning there was a very small fan which didn't do much . It was pretty obvious the room was not cleaned before arrival wedding confetti was all over the floor very disappointing.

Clean, nice location

The location, within easy walking distance to Waterloo station, shops, etc. nearby. Amazing views of the Marina from the restaurant. The food was really nice but on the Sunday morning breakfast didn't come as fast as on the Saturday - which put us late for what we had planned to do. Nice walks from the hotel, across the dunes, a series of long beautiful parks to get to the promenade leading to the Gormley statues from "Another Place". Baths : 20-25 min walk. All the staff were very nice and friendly at the Lake House so thank you.

I would have liked to have a WiFi code in my room from day 1 instead of using expensive mobile data on my phone (I had to ask for it in the restaurant later... ) and how to work the shower. I know it's not rocket science but it was new to me. So add useful info in rooms, please. The mattress was a bit too soft, I'm used to firmer. Maybe when you get to change the mattresses, go for firmer support... Oh and please add a floor shoe-brush outside, I was not happy with myself to have to walk through your hotel with my sand-muddy boots... On a Fridays, customers coming back late at night to their rooms can be annoying in the corridor, walking noisily and bang doors, forgetting there are people trying to sleep. Nevertheless, if I can, I'd love to come back.

The food we had in the evening and morning was beautiful food. The staff were so friendly always spoke to you and we're willing to help where needed and the whole place was so clean. The setting of the hotel was gorgeous.

The only thing I can say was there were loads of moggies about but thats something out of the hotels control unfortunately.

Clean accommodation and lovely staff.

We had a disabled room. The bathroom was a very large wetroom, but there was nowhere to put your toiletries. I had to put my shampoo on the floor. Everywhere got very wet too.

Keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator. Es war in der Nacht unglaublich heiß und das Fenster konnte man wegen der vielen Mücken nicht öffnen
