Perfect location

Very clean, room had excellent facilities including a fridge and we also we had use of a well equipped communal kitchen. En-suite bathroom was also very clean. We did not see staff apart from bumping into cleaner on a couple of occasions, communication was via mobile phone. This said, that did not cause any problems. No hairdryer in room but I was aware of this before I went. Well positioned to walk into town centre. Car parking at rear of building.

Bed was a little soft for my personal liking but this did not affect how well I slept.

No Breakfast option but small kitchen areas available with simple cooking facilities. The showers are all simple electric units but work well and bathrooms are super clean.

Most of the furniture was very used, worn and out of place and the mattresses where not that comfortable.

Very clean and convenient. Had a very comfortable stay.

Not having an en-suite.

The room was very decent, warm with good en suite. There was a well equipped kitchen for customer use. Not appropriate in my case. Tea and coffee facility in room, and an empty fridge.

No staff were on site for reception.I was given a link to indicate my arrival - it was for a telephone not message as indicated. I asked about availabiluty of breakfast locally and was in initially told there were chinese carry outs. This was clarified to the bus station. I had the inpression the person I spoke to had little local knowledge. This was confirmed as I discovered excellent locations in the town centre. Other comments: no iron, no safebox, no hairdrier, no local information eg map/lists of eating places,no local shops. There was no checkout process- I simply left keys in room and departed.
