Very good location for the theatre and the beach and ncp car park nearby

Price, position, easy to ask for help by text or message. Very close to the sea and other amenities. Parking was excellent and cheap. The room was clean, great to have a fridge and the bed was comfy.

Nothing - for the price, we had no complaints. Wasn't keen on having to book parking separately; they could have added cost to booking or had a room with parking option and charged a little more.

The location was fantastic 5 minuites to the pier. Games room, water cooler, convenience of everything

Good location, clean good communication prior to arrival etc.

Just needs a few little things to make it brilliant! Wouldn’t cost a lot. Mirror in bathroom so you can shave. Remove signs re black flannels as no longer provide and that’s ok. People should be respectful of linen anyways! A door handle on outside of door, so people can close the doors quietly, as our stay was disturbed by people slamming doors shut all the time. I get it, it was hard to close without doing that a small handle would fix that.

The bed is new and the room is clean , and it has a refrigerator , a hair dryer,and a iron; and near the sea

Perfect location to beach 5 min walk and town centre 10 mins walk. On arrival someone was in our allocated parking space but there is a sign saying if this happens then park in any as long as you put your reg into the machine its fine. Staff were friendly and helped me figure out the code to get in. It was me being stupid and not putting it in right lol There's a shop, pub and chippy 2 mins down the road. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Well decorated and maintained. With tea and coffee supplies and a fridge. TV had Netflix, disney etc. There was a family/games room available and water machine in the main entrance. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

My only thing was there was no mirror in the bathroom. There was one in the bed room but it would if been easier for a girl to do make up in the bathroom :)

Nice location close to the pier although given it’s Bournemouth you are on a hill. Entry instructions were easy to follow and room was clean.

Was disappointed to not able to get normal tv channels, tried all options on tv, but signal was not picking up.
