Loved the location and parking. Room was a great size and bed very comfortable.

Just some areas in room needed attention where repairs needed to walls etc.

Problème avec Booking. J'avais demandé une recherche d'un logement près de Saint Ives en Cornouailles, et le système m'a proposé ce logement à 350km de la Cornouailles. Grosse déception. Mais nous avons passé 3 jours intéressants quand-même.

The location was very close a park over looking the beach and lovely sea views, a short walk to the local bus stops. Bus services which were excellent. Communication with the hotel was via the booking app but we were given all the information we needed and when we reported a broken shower fixture we had an quick apology and it was fixed the next day while we were out. The hotel was very basic but we only used it for sleeping in during our stay so suited our needs.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Our room was at the side of the house so it looked directly into the next hotel and we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy.

Very good location, clean and amazing value for money.
