New Lanark Mill Hotel

Not a single fault everything was absolutely perfect, would def recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The staff were friendly and efficient and our room was roomy and well furnished. The location is delightful within a fascinating heritage site.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Maybe we were unlucky as we breakfasted early but we both struggled to eat the cooked element. Cereals etc. were fine and a big cheer for the potted yoghourts from a supplier I hadn't heard of.

Unique hotel in an excellent setting. Staff were always available, friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Our room could have had a fridge. This was surprising, a place to keep cool drinks, water etc.

A night at the New Lanark Hotel made for an excellent end to our holiday in Scotland. The building has been beautifully converted and the room was large and very comfortable with a great view of the river. It's great that this isn't any old 'chain' hotel but run by the Trust that looks after the site.

We have an electric car so having access to a car charger overnight would have been really useful.

Beautiful location, lovely views, relaxing environment, well appointed.

Couple of issues about the food. Some of the roast lamb was hard to cut and gristly, sausage at breakfast not cooked all the way through.

A quality location and facility

Location was fantastic, staff were great, courteous and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Health suite was very good and the staff on that day couldn’t have been more helpful.
