- Posizione ottima - Appartamento grande e spazioso - Responsabili della struttura gentilissimi

- Lo Scaldabagno non funzionava correttamente (acqua fredda o rovente). - Odore molto forte di fumo. - visto il costo del soggiorno, speravamo in qualcosa di più.

Appartamento spazioso con grandi potenzialità se fosse un po' curato nella pulizia e nella manutenzione, 2 dita di polvere dai quadri, tende impolverate, per non parlare delle finestre. Le camere erano spaziose e andavano bene, il bagno secondo me da rifare, vasca che lasciava a desiderare, pulsante dello scarico del bagno che rimaneva incastrato dentro, quindi non si riusciva a scaricare bene e caldaia da aggiustare perché l' acqua da ghiacciata passava a bollente ogni 5 secondi. Quindi dovevamo stare un sacco di tempo per lavarci... Per quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più... Concludo che il personale al check in è stato gentile.

The apartment was very clean. Comfortable beds. Cute balcony. Plenty of storage although it is all in one bedroom.

Terrible shower which goes hot to cold - could be dangerous for elderly people or children. Awful lighting especially in the living room - honestly how much would it cost to have a couple of decent reading lamps? Settee so uncomfortable it's impossible to sit on. Housekeeping very poor (although cleaning good) - a sheet with holes, no garbage bags, no washing up sponge, no dishcloths, very mean with loo rolls. Missing items replaced the next day though. Agree with others about the neighborhood - it's very convenient, but there are sex workers and drug addicts everywhere even during the day. Not pleasant walking, especially at night, although we weren't harassed at all. Filthy stinkng alleyways - all part of the "charm" but many would be very uncomfortable. The Brignole area is "nicer" and where I would stay next time.
