La Clim (et encore fallait pas oublier de vider la bassine d’eau qui se remplissait dans le balcon)

Une personne devait m’appeler pour faire le contrôle de l’arrivée et je n’ai eu aucun appel! Heureusement que j’ai trouvé la personne qui faisait les arrivées dans la rue qui faisait une autre arrivée à ce moment là. L’emplacement était catastrophique, nous étions en famille et en bas de l’appartement il y avait des prostituées, des alcooliques, des mendiants et je vous parle pas de la saleté et des odeurs insupportables. Bref plus jamais dans cette ville!

The interior of the apartment was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable & air-conditioning was very much appreciated. Comfortable beds, kitchen adequately supplied with utensils & cookware.

I feel it should be mentioned that the location of the property although very central, is in a district with many prostitutes. Ladies travelling alone may not feel safe walking through the narrow alleys. I also believe this property requires a person to meet you for checkin as it’s difficult to find;Google Maps didn’t work well in this area.” Once we found Piazza Lepre the instructions for finding the keys in the lock box were very clear. But it was difficult for us to find the piazza.

Tolle Wohnung. Mir hat alles gefallen. Ein bisschen laut vom Café unten, aber das ist nicht kritisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem lebhaften Zentrum, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte, verschiedene Cafés, Bäckereien, eine Uferpromenade mit Restaurants.

Signing up via the link that the hosts sent us didn't work very well and is pretty useless. Also, considering that the accommodation has tiles on the floor, and there are no carpets or slippers, it was quite cold and we were wearing shoes all the time.

Good location, handy to historic part of city. Flat comfortable. Appliances worked well. Beds clean and comfortable.

We sent an email the day before we arrived regarding our suitcases. If we could leave them at the apartment before access time at 4pm. No reply came, which meant we had to sit at the railways station and then outside the apartment for several hours. We finally got into the apartment at 4;30 We were sent two Whats App messages advising that someone would call us to ensure all was well in the apartment. Nobody rang.

It was a spacious apartment in a residential block. It was clean tidy and safe. It is right in the heart of the alleyways of Genova. There was a cool little bar on the square outside which was very good and really popular. The food there was good and we ate there. There was no noise from the bar as the double glazing was good. It had a small balcony which was great for sitting out on in the morning and evening. It was very well equipped with a washing machine and outside line.

There was no direct contact from the host, but we had no issues and I did have a contact number for them if needed.

Practical solution for check in and out. All necessary information right to the point.

The location is very comfortable, everything was pretty much clean. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment. The balcony was a plus.

Upon arrival, we couldn’t check in immediately, because the property owners had some mix up with the cleaning staff and when we arrived (an hour and half after the allowed check in time), the staff was still there?! We had to wait even more time, even though the check in time is from 4pm (which is already super late - the check out is at 10.30 - almost the whole working day to clean it up). Also, the apartment seems obviously old-ish, so the facilities such as the bathroom was hard to use sometimes - specifically balancing hot and cold water, it was impossible. Everything else was nice.

The host was very welcoming, and I appreciate their understanding in allowing me to leave my luggage in the apartment before the official check-in time. It was very helpful not to have to wander around the city with my bags until the apartment was ready for check-in.
