Hotel Gray in Boracay

The hotel was really really close to the White Beach, around 100m or 2mins to walk to the shore of the finest beach in Boracay. The room was spacious, huge, with comfortable high quality beds and bedding. The bathroom was equipped with toiletries and WiFi worked well. They charge an hourly rate for early check in but it isn't necessary as one could safely enjoy Boracay with the multitude of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops available whilst waiting for check in time. The hotel WiFi worked very well and the staff were the most helpful and gracious. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay! The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best parts is how close the hotel is to the beach; it was just a short walk away, which made it super easy to catch the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze. We also really appreciated the convenience of having stores, restaurants, and laundry shops just around the corner. It made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free.

Firstly, while we understood that breakfast was not included in our booking, we were surprised to find that there was no option to purchase breakfast on-site at all. As guests, we expect at least the basic convenience of being able to dine within the premises, but instead, we had no choice but to look for food outside and ended up eating at an establishment across the street. This was inconvenient and not in line with the minimum level of service typically expected from a hotel. Additionally, the absence of a telephone in the room made it unnecessarily difficult to request basic assistance or toiletries. We had to physically go downstairs each time we needed to speak with someone at the front desk, which was frustrating and inefficient. A phone or intercom system should be standard in every guest room to ensure quick and easy communication with hotel staff. Lastly, we were also disappointed to find that there was no television in the room. While this may not be essential for all guests, it is a basic amenity that most travelers expect as part of their stay, especially when downtime in the room is considered part of the comfort experience. Overall, these missing amenities significantly impacted our comfort and convenience. We hope you take this feedback seriously and consider making the necessary improvements to meet the basic expectations of your guests.

There was no continental breakfast, only Filipino which I didn't appreciate

The side roads is under construction and wasn’t easy to access the property .

It’s walking distance to white beach in station 3. Bed is comfy, it has hair blower, and they give beach towel whenever you want ask them. Free drinking water, hot and cold is also available.

There’s an ongoing road construction outside during our stay, room is not soundproof so you can hear everything outside. I don’t like the digital lock which seems to me is not safe and secured.
