Very new renovated and clean space. Host was amazing and really responsable, she let me check in earlier and answered all my questions, also I got some beautiful Georgian wine as a welcome gift, that was cute. Location is the best, you can walk everywhere you need as a tourist in Tbilisi

This place is a 10 in every aspect!

The owner was VERY sweet and helpful - she even gave us some wine made by her family (so lovely!). The apartment is very nice and has everything that we needed. The building is BEAUTIFUL and super traditional. Location is also great.

Only the fact that the shower had curtains which I am not a huge fan of.

We stayed at Eva’s Pavaroti for 2 nights with our toddler & baby and really enjoyed our time there. The communication with our host who spoke perfect English was excellent since the beginning and we got a warm welcome once we arrived. The location is amazing, very close to restaurants and city attractions but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. We arrived with our car and were able to park it at the entrance. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, it had everything we needed and the house itself is a true gem, one of the nicest houses in the city. We’d love to come again one day! Thank you Nini for your hospitality during our stay ☺️

Set amidst the oldest residential building in old Tbilisi, this enchanting, picturesque location offers a real local environment. Felt part of the neighborhood community. Absorbed the sights, sounds and rhythms of daily life. And our host, Nini, was a genuine treasure. Just a great host and person: kind, thoughtful, beautiful, knowledgeable, proud of her culture and heritage. Her personal story a lesson in resilience and imagination. Just a lovely, lovely person to get to know. And the Zoroastrian 'secret treasure' she discovered and is developing while exploring her property awaits your discovery!

A ground floor renovated apartment in an old historical house with beautiful blue balconies, facing a closed traditional courtyard. It's in the old city, walking distance to many sites. The studio has a comfortable bed, sofa, electric cooking range and microwave, and a washing machine. The apartment owner Nini is very nice, gave us a warm welcome with wine and stories about the house. A quiet room,. We will be back....

This is the best of both worlds - a clean and modern apartment in a beautiful 300-year-old historic building with a huge courtyard. It is located in the heart of the old town, so it's super-convenient, and is also very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and a fast internet connection. The host was fantastic! She was easy to contact and ensured I could quickly check in and enjoy my stay.

Everything was perfect! As the apartment description mentions, this is a 1st floor unit but because of the big courtyard, we still had enough privacy and I enjoyed the private space.
