Stayed 8 nights in May. Contacted by host in advance. Host very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and well signed. Met upon arrival and greeted with wine. Ground floor flat is in a well-known traditional block, often visited by tour groups. The flat is quiet, newly renovated and well appointed, incl. washing machine. Very centrally located. Good value for money. Would have stayed longer but booked out!

Clothes storage and shower were a bit tricky but minor issues. Would definitely stay again.

Everything. This is the perfect place if you want to feel like you actually live in tbilisi. It is inside a small courtyard community with local living there. The room is a studio in ground floor with your own access and keys. Very close to the old town and a lot of restaurant, bars, and touristic spots. Nini the host was so sweet and helpful. She brought us a small gift and was keeping in touch in case we need anything. She recommended us some local dishes to eat and places to go. I really recommend you to try this place

For people that are not confident on staying in an apartment airbnb style, it might not be the place for you. But it is an active area even during the night, so it is not as bad as it seems.

The location was perfect, providing easy access to everything. Super clean apartment with fully equipped amenities. Ideal building setup, allowing for relaxation on a patio, along with the option to enjoy a smoke and coffee. The building itself had a big character. Overall, a fantastic experience that lived up to the photos and more. Highly recommended!
