Very pretty courtyard with small fountain, trees and plants.

I had a booking from April 14th to the 21st. Pool was out of order entire time (chose this place specifically for the pool) at check in they said it would be working in two days then that came and they said not until maybe Sunday. Well it never was working during my stay and who knows how long before my reservation it wasn’t working or if it even is now. There was also pipes dripping water in the outer edges of lobby area on my day of check in. Had room 201 which has more of a fan system with no temperature control, returned from lunch and noticed it was not cooling down in there so they moved me to 210 that same day which was an upgrade nice room. However the following night the toilet water wasn’t filling/working and Wednesday morning they moved me to room 407 which was back to standard room (so a downgrade.) this was the last straw I tried cancelling and it was a whole situation where we came to an agreement of moving back to room 210, the nicer room, after they fixed plumbing issue and getting breakfast included for my remaining stays plus a bit of credit for the restaurant for a meal (however prices are high and the amount of credit didn’t cover a full meal.) They did offer to switch me to a different hotel but it was 0.3 miles away and further away from the center area so declined that option as I had looked and area outside of hotel just wasn’t as nice. Overall just was not the best experience and would not book again. For the price I could have had a functioning pool in same area and better experience.

Me encanto la ubicación

Mi cuarto contaba con balcón pero había un vidrio que no se podía abrir, me hubiera gustado poder abrir el balcón porque la vista era hermosa, y fui por mi cumpleaños, me comentaron que me dejarían un detalle en la habitación por lo mismo, pero no dejaron nada.

De locatie was echt top! Midden in het centrum en alles gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Wij waren met ons 3-en, ik met mijn 2 dochters van 23 en 25 jaar. De kamer welke we in 1ste instantie kregen daarvan klapperde de deur en de bedden waren erg klein. Toen wij daar bij de receptie vragen over stelden, werd er in het Spaans over ons gepraat wat ik niet vond kunnen. Daar direct op een duidelijke en nette manier een opmerking over gemaakt. We kregen daarna een betere kamer, ruimer en betere bedden, niet overal deed de elektra het goed- vooral niet in de badkamer-. Op zich hebben we het goed gehad en is de locatie mooi en het zwembad in de binnentuin een aanwinst. Ik zou er zo weer heen gaan want de Prijs is goed voor de locatie!

Kleine bedden, waarvan ik denk dat wij Nederlandse mensen gewoon groot zijn ten opzichte van Mexicaanse mensen.
