I liked the location. The apartment itself was nice.

Day 01: I didn't like, that we found 3 heaters in our apartment when we came back home. So people got into our apartment while we were not there! The host didn't inform us! Day 02: when we suddenly came back into our apartment, 2 men were in our apartment (to give new toilet seats??). We haven't complained about anything, there was nothing wrong with the toilets and apartment, so no use to visit our apartment. Again, we were not informed! I would say, wait till we have checked out the next day and then take your actions. Not while we are still there! The trust in the host was completely gone, that was a pity.

The property manager was really kind and helpful with swift responses and the location was great. I appreciated his willingness to help and he thanked me to point out maintenance issues.

The apartment was much more run down compared to the pictures. The street's noise came up so I could only sleep with air plugs. The building had a lot of noisy tourists too, and the elevator was really dirty.

Super convenient location close to metro and all public transit. Delicious Istanbul buffet across the street and shops within walking distance

Washing machine did not work well, clothes were still dirty and sopping wet after multiple attempts.

There are few problems with the apartment, The bathtub is disconnected from the wall,we cannot use it. Water is leaking and it smells bad. The ventilation doesn’t work properly. Poor level of maintenance Very disappointing

There was no hot water
