The double bedroom that we stayed in was large, must have been about 5 metres by 4 metres. The shower attached to the taps also worked very well. The location was great for Manchester, walking down Manchester's 'Curry Mile' and past Platt Field Park. If walking wasn't your idea of fun, am led to believe that there are good 24 hour buses nearby. The house cat Nala was also lovely, and Sam was a good host.

The iron lattice over the bedroom window was a bit unnerving. In the event of an emergency / fire, there would be only one way out via the room door. Without the bars, people would be able to get out of the large window.

Good location and good sized room. Location was quiet and relaxing.

Laundry all around the house. Poor condition of toilet and kitchen ( needs proper renovation). On arrival you can see through the window the first room was full of rubbish inside and make you think you are in wrong place. Please ask for the photos of the house before booking. After we see this place we left and went somewhere else. No refund was given. AVOID this place!!!!

The room was a few steps away from my son's accommodation. It was very convenient. Sam was such a lovely warm host, and his cute cat was polite and cute. The house was clean and warm. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Sam 🙏🐈
