Hotel O Ganesh

Not even a single facility in this residency😑

Terrible night experience in Hotel Ganesh🤮🤢 I've booked 2 rooms for me and my family and I've mentioned hotel Ganesh that we'll checkin between 7pm to 8 pm. When I reach there, the receptionist said that we booked 2 rooms for total 2 Adults. Actually we're total 3 adults and 2 kids. So he said we have to pay extra for the remaining adults. If it was a single bed then we'll understand but I've booked a large bed then what's the point of saying that? We don't have any another option on that time so I decided to checkin anyway. I'll share some photos of the pathetic situations inside our room. Their curtains was messy, look like their bed sheet and pillows didn't washed for years and it was smell like garbage bag. They don't even provide drinking water, soap, plates or anything to survive there. So we went out and bring food and drinking water. I'm mentioning a towel that they provide. It was like they're using it from atleast 15 years. Is this how Oyo treats their guest?? Oyo should take serious action on this. If not, we'll never use the app and I'll not suggest others. I'm thinking about sharing this on social medias. We didn't even got an access to the wifi and a telephone to contact the Reception. Once me and my brother asked the receptionist for wifi password and he told us the wrong password and we asked him again then he refused to give the password. Also we saw a few mouse running through the reception area at 10 Pm. If we had any emergency, how could we inform it to the reception? We were there with 2 kids. If anything happens to us Oyo will be responsible for it?? Also we had to beg for getting the AC remote. They are using a single remote for the whole building. Why oyo is sitting there without any proper inspections. Yeah you'll get money so much by risking your customers!!!!!! 🤌

Spacious room

No towel, shower gel/shampoo/moisturizer as normally provided in oyo rooms, bedsheet, mineral water, ac remote was provided. Car parking was a big headache.

Ekdam bakwas facilities and staff behavior Agr 1 ratings se kam ka options hota to 0 deta but o hai nahi 11:00 AM ki checking ke liye 500 extra liya 1 hours early checking charge bolke. Isse aacha railway stations ke bahar sona rahega Very bad experience, pura day kharab kiya Mai kisi ko bhi recommended nahi karuga, please book mat kare apki puri trip kharab ho sakti hai inki bajah se..
