No proper maintenance, room condition is poor is not value for money. Same price, you'll get better hotels in the city. There is no lift in the hotel. I stayed on the 2nd floor quite difficult.

Before check-in, I'll try to call OYO customer care many times, but there is no proper response from your side. My suggestion is please send some of your staff to visit the hotels once in a while .
