"Get what you pay for"

Great Location. Manager (I think) was helpful as I couldn’t do top floor with too many stairs, got me a room on the first floor. Had a great breakfast from Atlantis. Room was lovely and warm. Nice and quiet Luggage room great so I didn’t have to walk around all day Netflix, ITVx etc in the room which was great WiFi worked great I have and would stay here again

Room was nice and clean close to beach and shops and netflix was a bonus was just a bit cold in morning but cant complain for price

"Great stay thanks for having us"

Location: absolutely fantastic literally the back of the tower, 2 mins from coral island, mcdonalds and multiple cafes. Can be at the beach in under 5 mins We had travelled by train and were able to safely leave our bags on arrival before check in and again after check out until our departure time.

"I love staying at New astoria just want to tell them to change their carpet and check out for their cleaners because are"

The property was few steps away from the town centre

The room wasn’t clean at all, the carpet was dirty and the headboard was full of dust ,I’m asthmatic and the heating was not working. I call to ask about the heating they said it comes at 6pm but nothing for my 2 nights no heating .
