The street is a little run down but there are lots of things being done to improve with renovations going on

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Found the code entry a bit fiddly. But can't fault everything else.

Location was perfect close to everything we needed. Surprisingly very quiet considering how close to town we was. Beds was comfortable enough the room was big enough for the 3 of us to have a comfortable 4 night stay. Bathroom was clean. The owner Tony was great only a message away. Changed our booking for us at no extra cost. Will definitely be booking our next stay soon.

Only a small issue was nowhere to hang our coats etc but not huge deal we stored them on the ledge along the back wall. Tony is aware of this and has plans to sort this out.

Very clean

Location is great. Easy check in using the codes provided by Tony. Room relatively clean and added touch was the Smart TV with Neflix. Plenty of bath towels provided. Would stay here again if on a budget.

Did not receive codes right away but after ringing Tony, he sent them right away so no problem there. We had booked the deluxe king room but we're given the Triple room instead. So that was disappointing but I think they are both the same price? More coffee and milk might have been good but I did bring extra just in case so we were fine as we only stayed 1 night anyway. Bathroom very small but reasonably modern and clean overall. Yes there are bits of mould in the corners here and there and chipped paint but not sure what some people expect for the price you pay? I have stayed in worse at far more expensive prices.
